At the newly extended berth 63, the team of EUROPORTS Papier-Lager-und Umschlaggesellschaft (PLU) unloads a fully loaded vessel with paper from Finland. The team of EUROPORTS Finland loads all vessels with pulp and paper coming from Rauma.

EUROPORTS PLU in the Port of Rostock is specialized in the handling of RoRo and StoRo cargo, e.g. forest products. Products such as paper of different types and thicknesses, in rolls or bales or even on pallets, cellulose but also plywood are handled at four berths. The paper leaves the port by rail or truck to destinations within Germany and throughout Europe.

The terminal also has first-class infrastructure with almost 40,000 m² covered warehouses, extensive road and rail network, direct access to the Intermodal-terminal and deep-sea berths. Nowadays with the new extended berth 63 on our paper terminal, even larger vessels with an even larger loading quantity can now be handled by our employees within a very short time.
