Rostock Trimodal GmbH is a joint venture between EUROPORTS Germany GmbH Co KG, Kombiverkehr Deutsche Gesellschaft für kombinierten Güterverkehr mbH Co KG and Rostock Port GmbH. The newly constructed terminal has a handling capacity of 150,000 units per year and, with its proximity to the terminals and berths, offers the best conditions for fast and smooth freight transport.

Shuttle trains run regularly to and from Italy, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Luxembourg and within Germany. The cargo is transported on RoRo ships and ferries to and from Scandinavia.
